Eligibility varies by post. Candidates applying for Sr. Project Assistant (Tech.) must have a B.Tech in Automobile Engineering along with experience in educational content design and literacy tools. Project Director requires a 1st Class Post Graduate degree with at least 15 years of experience in large-scale literacy or media programs. Project Consultant requires a Post Graduate degree with 10 years of experience in education, storytelling, and community-based programs. Sr. Project Assistant (Admin.) requires a Graduate degree with 5 years of experience in education, technology, and field operations, especially in Northeast India. Candidates must also be willing to work in remote locations such as Arunachal Pradesh.
