Eligibility Details
Candidates must have BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech degree in relevant discipline with first division and valid NET/GATE score for JRF posts. For RA posts, candidates must have Ph.D or equivalent degree or Postgraduate degree with 3 years of experience and research publications. Age limit is 28 years for JRF and 35 years for RA with relaxation as per government rules.
