Important Information
South East Central Railway (SECR), Nagpur Division has released the latest notification for engagement of Act Apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1992 for the year 2026-27. Eligible ITI pass candidates can apply online for apprenticeship training in Nagpur Division and Workshop Motibagh, Nagpur. A total of 1079 apprentice vacancies have been announced in various trades including Fitter, Electrician, COPA, Welder, Carpenter, Turner, Plumber, Wireman and other trades. Selection will be based on merit prepared from Matriculation and ITI marks.

Eligibility Details
Candidates applying for SECR Nagpur Apprentice Recruitment 2026 must have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board. Applicants should also possess National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the relevant trade issued by NCVT or SCVT. Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders are not eligible to apply under this apprenticeship notification. Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training in any organization are also not eligible.
