Candidates with 10th Pass (minimum 50% marks) and ITI (NTC issued by NCVT) can apply offline.

Eligibility Details
Candidates must have passed 10th class with minimum 50% aggregate marks and possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by NCVT in the relevant trade.
Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders are not eligible. Employment Exchange registration is mandatory.
