Punjab Verka Milkfed Deputy Manager Recruitment 2026 Notification Out for 172 Posts – Apply Online

Punjab State Cooperative Milk Producers' Federation Ltd. (Verka) has announced a total of 172 Deputy Manager vacancies across 15 different disciplines, including Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Human Resources, Production, Engineering, Animal Husbandry, Civil, Electrical, Quality Assurance, Procurement, System & MIS, Seed Multiplication and SCDL.

The online application process will begin on 05 August 2026 (after 12:00 Noon). The last date to submit the online application is 25 August 2026 (11:59 PM), while the last date for payment of the application fee is 28 August 2026.

Candidates must be between 18 and 45 years of age as on 01 July 2026. Age relaxation, if applicable, will be governed by the recruitment rules mentioned in the official notification.

Yes. Every applicant must have passed Punjabi up to Matric standard on or before the last date of submission of the online application. This is a mandatory eligibility condition for direct recruitment.

The required qualification depends upon the discipline. Eligible qualifications include MBA, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, CA, ICWA, M.Sc., M.V.Sc., B.V.Sc., Ph.D. and other relevant professional degrees as prescribed for the respective post.

The selection process consists of a written examination and evaluation of relevant work experience. The final merit list will be prepared by giving 80% weightage to the written examination and 20% weightage to eligible work experience.

Yes. The written examination carries 100 objective-type questions, and 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

During the probation period of two years, selected candidates will receive a basic pay of ₹56,100 per month along with travelling allowance and mobile allowance. After successful completion of probation, candidates will receive the regular pay scale along with all admissible allowances as per Milkfed service rules.

The application fee is ₹1000 for UR, BC, ESM, Sports and other applicable categories, while candidates belonging to SC, EWS and PwD categories are required to pay ₹600. The application fee is non-refundable.

Yes. Candidates applying for more than one discipline are required to submit a separate online application and pay the prescribed application fee separately for each post.

No. Candidates are only required to complete the online application process and keep a printed copy of the submitted application safely for future use during counselling or document verification. Submission of a hard copy is not required.

Candidates should produce educational qualification certificates, Punjabi Matric certificate, relevant work experience certificates (if applicable), category certificate, passport-size photograph, signature, identity proof, self-declaration affidavit, and No Objection Certificate (for Government/Semi-Government employees).

According to the recruitment notification, the written examination will be conducted only at Chandigarh. Candidates should make necessary travel arrangements accordingly.

Candidates belonging to the Unreserved category must secure at least 40% marks, whereas candidates of all reserved categories must obtain a minimum of 35% marks to qualify.
