Eligibility Details

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution approved by the Government of India. Applicants should have a valid graduation mark sheet or degree certificate on the date of online registration. In addition, candidates must have a minimum of one year post-qualification experience as an Officer or Clerical employee in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank. Candidates must also be proficient in reading, writing and speaking the local language of the state for which they are applying. The age limit is 20 to 30 years, and age relaxation will be applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India rules.

Selection Process

  1. Online Written Examination
    • Candidates will first appear in an Online Written Test.
    • The examination will assess reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude, English language, banking awareness and data interpretation skills.
  2. Screening of Applications
    • Applications and uploaded documents of qualified candidates will be scrutinized by the Bank.
    • Ineligible candidates may be rejected during the screening process.
  3. Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)
    • Candidates who have not studied the specified local language up to the prescribed level may have to appear for the Local Language Proficiency Test.
    • Reading, writing and speaking ability in the local language will be evaluated.
  4. Personal Interview
    • Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Personal Interview.
