Eligibility Details
Officers of Central / State / UT Governments / Universities / Autonomous / Statutory / R&D Organizations are eligible. Candidates must either be holding analogous posts on regular basis OR holding the post of Deputy Secretary/equivalent with 5 years regular service in Level-12 (Rs. 78,800 – 2,09,200).
