Eligibility Details

Nationality Indian Citizen or candidates eligible under Government of India rules as mentioned in the official notification.
Marital Status Only Unmarried Male Candidates.
Age Limit 20 to 27 Years as on 01 April 2027 (Candidates born between 02 April 2000 and 31 March 2007).

Selection Process

  1. Shortlisting of Applications
    • Applications will be shortlisted on the basis of the cut-off percentage of marks decided by the Indian Army.
    • The cut-off list is expected to be published during the first week of September 2026.
  2. SSB Interview
    • Shortlisted candidates will receive SSB interview call letters.
    • The SSB Interview is likely to be conducted between October and December 2026.
  3. Medical Examination
    • Candidates recommended by the SSB will undergo a detailed medical examination.
