Job Responsibilities

    • Provide legal advice and support investigation teams in prosecution matters.

Important Terms & Conditions

  1. Contract Basis Appointment
    • The engagement will be purely contractual and full-time in nature.
    • Consultants cannot undertake any other assignment during engagement period.
  2. Leave Rules
    • Consultants will be entitled to 8 days leave annually on pro-rata basis.
    • Women consultants may receive maternity leave as per Government rules.
  3. Confidentiality Agreement
    • Selected candidates must sign non-disclosure and secrecy agreements.
    • Breach of confidentiality may lead to termination and legal action.
  4. No Additional Allowances
    • No DA, accommodation, medical reimbursement, CGHS, or transport facility will be provided.
    • Only official TA/DA for approved travel will be admissible.
