Eligibility Details

Candidates applying for NIT Delhi JRF Recruitment 2026 should possess M.Tech, M.E., M.S. (By Research), or equivalent postgraduate degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or relevant branches with minimum 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks along with GATE/NET qualification.
